             GENERAL
             AA = Absolute Analog
                The  450AA is a device that
                  produces a voltage whose magnitude varies linearly with the
                  angular position of its shaft. The device consists of a grey
                  code position encoder disc, D/A converter and output buffers
                  electronics to provide a 10VDC voltage or 4-20ma current output.
                  The precision bearings, which support the operating shaft,
              are the only friction producing elements.
               APPLICATIONS
               Absolute
                    Encoders are widely used for position measuring in Industry
                    and Aerospace because of their ruggedness, accuracy and repeatability.
                    The conversion circuitry is mounted within the transducer
                    enclosure and is potted to provide for Mill Duty applications.
